I went there today and was charged an additional $20 just because my oil filter is located in a different spot as well as the gentleman who did my oil change informed me that whoever did my oil change last ( it was this location ) put the wrong filter in. When I told him I came here and it was them he basically shrugged and said well damn better write things down for my employee. No concern or any apologies for the wrong filter even though it could’ve cost me more than $130 if I had driven longer with the wrong filter when it was there fault I had the wrong one to begin with.

I visited here for an oil change. The staff said my engine oil doesn't need to be changed yet and still good to go for some more. Furthermore, my front bumper was hanging loose and they took care of it. I was genuinely impressed by their honesty and work ethics. I do not know the names of the two gentlemen who helped me today but sincere gratitude for making my day today. Now I have an auto store where I can trust with all my vehicle needs.

Stop by to check the service and value for the price. Their inspection shows that they filled my windshield washer fluid, checked tire pressure, and inspected wipper blades. Non of these things were done, how I know mi windshield washer fluid light was on , tire pressure in their report don't match my tire sensors on the dash, and never saw the to check the wipper blades, also the asked for a tip at time to pay, technician was friendly. Was quit expensive for just an oil change.

Worst case possible scenario I found myself in. I just finished off with a client meeting in Red deer, snow storm had just hit, all of my tires were low and I still had to drive back to Airdrie.I drove around for 10 minutes trying to find a place. Pure luck, I found this amazing gentleman who was able to help me even though he was closing for the evening.Best service I have ever gotten. Thank you again

Was my first time getting a lube place to change my oil as I always change my own so wasn't expecting the all fluid check underneath I was told the front diff required an easy out to check it and I know that plug wasn't touched before so I will be double checking that one the oil change was done speedy and professional I was quite happy with how they double check each other's work to ensure nothing is missed but if I need to go back I will only go through if I can opt out of the multi fluid check as I check all mine regularly

I'm not mad, I'm furious. If I could give 0 stars I would have. I brought in my own oil and oil filter which were of higher quality than what they offer. I just changed my own oil today and found out that they took my higher quality filter and put on one from their shop. Obviously these guys are a joke and rip people off. Stay safe everyone ??
