Two lovely young ladies assisted me into the bay. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Things went fine but my car didn’t start. I needed a new battery. Thank goodness they helped me as I had to drive back to BC the next day

Have always had great experience with Great Canadian, staff is great and quick. Was always happy with the service until today when I went to take off my oil pan bolt and it was on so tight I couldn't even move budge the bolt, had the whole car shaking from trying to snap it loose and nothing. Super annoyed and very unimpressed. Not sure why it is on so tight, only ever has this problem once before and that one was from another oil change professionally as well....never went back there and I won't be going back here now either.

Love these guys! So friendly and efficient. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand, and that's great especially when you don't have a lot of mechanical know how. Lol. They only will do what you want them to and will leave notes on your file pertaining to your vehicle for the next time. Definitely top notch and my go to . Way to go guys, keep shining!

Very professional, accomodating and helpful! been coming here for about 7 years and they helped me keep my car in best way. They were consistent on explaining every detail done to my car, they also let me know when vehicle needs more attention. Always get me in and out in great time with great service. Their lounge and bathroom also are very clean and neat!
