Car wash doesn’t work most of the time. Get stucked in it and takes 1 hour to get out. Horrible place. Avoid this place if possible

Staff are always friendly. The carwash is only good for smaller vehicles with no to little dirt. If you go in with a little clay, you come out with a little wet clay.

I absolutely love going to this fas gas. I live 45 mins away from Red Deer and I will make the drive just so I can go see my favourite lady there. She is an amazing woman and makes my day so much brighter every time I see her! Plus the cheapest gas in Red Deer besides Costco of course, so its a win win! ?Sincerely, the crazy unicorn lady ?

I would recommend Amazon customers who cannot wear a mask do not use the locker here.
My first visit to this convenience store since Red Deer's Face Covering in Indoor Public Places Bylaw came into effect was purely to access the Amazon self-service Hub Locker to pick up a package. This is normally an easy in and out process but today I spent 2-3X more time in the store due to interference by the person who was working there at the time.
After entering the store I heard someone yelling. There were a few other customers in the store at the time and so I assumed that it was a parent yelling at their children or something. As I begin to enter my code to access the locker with my package I realized that the yelling was directed towards me, "MASK! MASK!"
I turned to respond and saw that it was the worker yelling from behind the register. I told them that I am exempt. They responded by yelling that I needed to put on a mask before entering the store because of the Bylaw. I responded by telling them that I am medically except from wearing a mask under the Bylaw. The worker yelled some more about my not wearing a mask and finally stopped when I turned my back and finished entering my code so that I could receive my package and leave.
The Bylaw does NOT require a business to enforce it. It only requires the business to display signs referring to the Bylaw at the entrance.
Reminding or asking a customer verbally about the Bylaw seems okay... But yelling across the store and drawing the attention of other customers towards an exempt customer may put that customer at risk. In other municipalities in Canada there have been incidences of mask-exempt persons being physically assaulted due to someone inciting negative attention of other people towards the person who is unable to wear a mask.
Section 6 of the Bylaw lists 10 exemptions for people who are not required to or unable to wear a mask. I've visited this store many times in the past and the main previous negative experience was their carwash followed by the lack of friendliness on a couple of occasions. My previous review would have been 2.5 but based upon what happened today, I don't feel safe returning and am giving them the lowest rating possible.
