Advertised as open 24 hours. Sign says open. No one was there. Waited in the cold for 10 minutes for an attendent to come. Rang the doorbell several times. Knocked even. Not a peep. Called twice, no answer. Wasted half my break, I was working night shift at the hospital. Either staff your store or don't have the open sign on. Unbelievable.

It’s the people at this place that makes the difference friendly and welcoming and this station was fully stocked with drinks. I have visited several gas stations in red deer and most of the time I felt disappointed because of the awful customer service. I was always feeling that they don’t want me to come there. But surprisingly for the last two nights, I am visiting this Fas gas and I found the staff really friendly and welcoming. She was having a beautiful smile on her face which made up my day. I would definitely like to have another visit to this store. Appreciate your great service. keep it up.

2 days in a row. Stood outside waiting for over 15 mins and no answer. Tried calling by phone no answer. Rang the door bell 6-7 times and ignored completely..

Everytime i come to this gas station i am treated disrespectfully. I dont say anthing rude, or anything. I give the cashier my 6/49 ticket and he rips it out of my hand. I dont know what that cashier has against me , but im kind and always go there with a smile. From now on in going to another gas station where people treat me with respect, like petro canada or costco.

I miss Ali he’s been the best at 55 Ave fast gas he always new what I need , new me by name very friendly and the new people since Ali been gone the service has been poor and I refuse to go there can please have Ali back ..

I stopped being a Fas Gas customer when they canceled their discount fuel card. It requires you to sign up for their credit card to reclaim your points. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, I know a swindle when I see it.

I went to fas gas and my card wasn't working even though I have money in my account I was very embarrassed and the man starting to phone the police and that I couldn't leave. It was very intimidating ?
