I was in this store today and security asked me to put my bag at the front and I refused cuz I've been in there so much with my backpack on and never have I been asked to leave it at the front so after asking the till people something i went up to him and explained that my mom doesn't have to and I've been in there alot with it on so I left my bag at the front and went down a couple illas and then I noticed this guy that had a backpack on and so I went up to security and said since i have to leave my bag at the front I want the guy in 8 to put his bag at the and he just looked at me smiling. This guard needs to be fired from this site ASAP cuz I feel like I'm being discriminated.Below is the guy with the backpack on.

The security tried to deny a single mom coming in because her cart was larger, it was so she could fit her 2 young children while she was shopping. I had to step in and help the woman. I asked if they would also deny a stroller. I am disgusted that crack heads are allowed in, but a mom in this position struggled

This store is truly a joke when it comes to staff tonight they had this one person named page with some serious teeth problems almost running into customers with how she was going around the store and a group of girls had come in after their dance thing and page starts running her mouth telling the girls if they don't pick items and go pay they can get out of the store they we're kids being kids trying to find some items and laughing.Page definitely shouldn't work here or anywhere that involves dealing with any type of customer service

Tonight this one staff was so rude she ran into him and gave him attitude for him just shopping and than goes and turns on a dance group telling them to hurting up buy something or get out. I found out while she was going back and forth with the guy she ran into and when he said he will be calling a manger she tried to turn victim and say is that a threat he simply said he was going to call a district manager she laughed and said ya go ahead

Was a good store, I sent my employees here to grab whatever things I needed for the last couple years.Their assistant manager (whom I won't name any names) approached my employee today with the store manager and told her that she was no longer welcome to shop here, all the while having a smirk on her face.No matter what falling out people may have, Dollarama is a business, a professional stance must be taken with no personal feelings involved.Shame on the store manager for listening and agreeing to this childishness, and shame on the assistant manager for being so childish.I for sure will be shopping elsewhere, personally and from a business stance.(Which is hard, because this Dollarama is excellent and convenient. except for their so called management)Do you feel big kicking out a lady with a baby on her hip whom was purchasing supplies I asked her to get for me?

Terrible shopping experience, I hate feeling like a criminal because I am a paying customer. If you hire security they should treat paying customers with respect. Security does not mean boss around customers. I have never been so insulted in my life. Not a good way to keep customers this is a terrible store I would not recommend unless you enjoy strangers invading your personal space.

Tall grey hair lady is extremely rude.I believe she is manager.She was in isle taking with other employee!I was looking for something and inturuped the 2 lady's and ask where to find my item.I recieved major attitude and dirty look because I inturuped them.Bad customer service! Wow?

I absolutely love this place. I can grab almost everything I need as for groceries here. The last time I went I spent around $45 this fed myself and a friend for 2 weeks. I can also stock up on other household items and outdoor goods too. This place Is the bomb diggety for me. I give 10 stars if I could. Way to go Dollarama!! Please do your best to keep the prices low. As even Walmart's prices are just RIDICULOUS these days. Romain lettuce for example, 3 small bunches in a bag $7.47. This is nuts!! Iceberg lettuce, $5.97 for only 1 very small head. Like I said Rediculous!!!!!

This dollarama is the most unsafe work place for the people working there, I always see people stealing , no security, aggressive homeless. When there is security there they always creep on the female workers, and don’t show up till around 1 pm and complain, along with not stopping anyone who steals. There is always a positive in a negative, the workers are best people there could ever be working there , always happy to help and work extra hard to present the new stock for the public to purchase

I enjoy shopping here more than the dollaramas all over ...they arent nearly as clean as this store and the staff is always very pleasant here as well. Inventory is good as well and I love that they sell good acrylic paint and tons of canvases!
