Manager was rude, 360 degrees opposite of his staff that were polite and helpful

They let my prescription expire without warning me. They also didnt warn me about a medication i had been on too long. after i lost some vision, had to research it on my own. Took 3 prescriptions before they mentioned i could get it covered. Not worth the few dollars savings. Some staff friendly, others not so friendly

Excellent. I was making an inquiry by phone. The staff was very patient, helpful and informative.
