About Central Alberta Humane Society
The Central Alberta Humane Society (CA Humane) is an independent local not-for-profit rehabilitation & adoption center dedicated to the re-homing of unwanted, abandoned & stray companion animals. We are not government-funded & we value the lives of all animals. We focus on our local Central Alberta community, & will do all we can to rescue, provide medical care, rehabilitation, & find permanent homes for companion animals. We also provide community programs including humane education through youth groups, parties & camps, a low-cost spay/neuter program, emergency boarding, a pet food bank, & more. Pet owners can shop in our retail store for pet products including toys, food, collars, leashes, anxiety assistance, & much more.

We buy all of our pet food and toys here. Plenty of animals to interact with and they will often have kittens in a room to play with.
