How is it you say you delivered something when it's not even delivered? I've checked my mailbox daily and nothing. Then when I go to the office your closed after work. I can see why you guys don't get paid cause you can't work.

Worst post office in town. In convenient hours and closed on weekends unlike other post offices in town. Will not be going here or having my parcels delivered here again.

You guys need to work on delivery. The fact that you guys are closed on days that everyone else is open is ridiculous. You dont need Easter and Good friday off. You dont need Thanksgiving or the other silly little holidays. If everyone else has gotta work so should postal workers. I now have to wait 4 days now for a packagw due to your guys' negligence. How hard is it to sort mail? Are tou short staffed? Maybe dont be so picky for the hiring process? This is ridiculous.

We are having a problem receiving our mail..i tried to call this office multiple times everyday no one is answering or call you back. 3 months in my new address without a mail..terrible service.

They stopped delivering to my building because the mail boxes apparently are too high for them to reach.However, the building is >10y and it was never an issue.They do not give any notice that they will stop and tell you to pick up the mail from a location 19min away from my place. Unbelievable. They just make a decision and whatever, just deal with it.

I live at 5831 58A Street. Streets torn up to replace water lines...no mail delivery now for over 2 weeks. Are they too lazy to walk a few blocks from vehicle to deliver mail

Would have been nice to get notice about not delivering mail on our street because of construction. Been over a month and we just found out where we are to get our mail. Some of us are handicapped and don't drive. This is a big inconvenience.

I find they are lazy and rude. We have not had mail in two months and no parcels either. We should not have to suffer bout we do.

The ladies who work here are absolutely fantastic to deal with. I will drive across town just to come to this post office because of their customer service.

This post office remains the best customer service experience I have ever had, and Patti is the sole reason for that. I could write ten pages here about my positive interactions with her and it still wouldn't do her justice. She is a wonderful person, and I am proud to know her and call her my friend. My cousins were in town a few months ago, they went to this post office with me, and they, too, experienced what I've always known. Patti is the best.

Cant get thru on phone to talk to someone there to check if my mail is there as our box got damaged wow unimpressed with how inconvenient this last two months of service has been ……horrible!!
