Rented a Tux for my son's wedding.Everything went well.Staff were pleasant and accommodating.No problems making last minute adjustments to my rental.Would gladly revisit.

Been here for multiple weddings including my own. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Even at just a fitting Hannah gave great service and was very friendly and effiwcient. Will recommend 10/10

After getting a tuxedo for my son at no cost to us through the Prince/Princess program. Which I was very thankful for as I couldn't afford a tux for him. He went to his final fitting and stated to them that the pants weren't fitting properly. He said a few times during the fitting that they just weren't fitting right. My son went to get into his car after Grad thankfully and his pants split down the backside. After returning them I mentioned a few times that they just didn't fit. We then needed to pay $110 for the pants that were now ours as they said they were unrepairable. I have someone fixing them now so he can possibly wear them again. They charged us for a brand new pair of pants at full cost. Not happy with the service we got and the owner called my son not me when I asked for her to call me back to discuss what happened and his options to maybe buy a shirt to match the pants if we could fix them. With no real response from the owner I am super unimpressed at their service.

Black Knight will always have my business. Shanna is an absolute gem and recently bailed me out of a tight situation for picking up a suit rental on a day the store was closed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We went in on a thursday and it was the best experience. They were very professional but very inviting. They listened to what my son wants and found him the perfect tux for his first formal. The area was clean and everything was displayed quick. Would definitely recommend using them.
