Ordered a phone online. The best buy mobile store couldn't figure out how to accept the order. After 3 days I still hadn't received an email telling me I could go pick up my phone even though it was in stock at this location. So I drove to the store and the staff told me they had been looking at my paid order for 3 days and hadn't been able to accept the order on their end. They didn't call or email me to tell me they were having an issue. The staff canceled my order and asked me to pay for the phone again. I walked out and ordered the phone on Amazon (who delivered it to my door the next day, which was a sunday), for the exact same $. It took a week to get refunded from best buy. I wouldn't waste my time or energy buying from a tech company that can't figure out their own tech. Lol
