We have gone here before & gotten our cars brakes replaced, they were affordable and had incredible customer service. I went back today as I needed something fixed on my car, I was calling around panicking and they were able to help me out and get me in ASAP. Still the same incredible customer service as last time :). Thank you so much!

On three occasions both Ron and Richard have worked on our Toyota Sienna van. They both are thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. In one instance Richard went above and beyond what we expected. We are 100% satisfied and would return if needed.

I have know Ron MacDonald since about 1975. Like me he is a die hard car guy. One thing I know about Ron is he has a very analytic mind.So when you take your vehicle to him he is not going to guess. He has all the knowledge and experience and equipment to accurately diagnose your problem. Some shops don't do anymore than they are asked but Ron will tell you what needs doing right away and what can wait. With Ron it is not all the money but in your personal vehicle safety and budget for repairs. Ron is a researcher like me before he starts into something he is not completely versed in. He has been a great sources of knowledge for me and any time he does work for us it is done once the right way. I have no problem recommending him to family and friends.I sure enjoy his stories of customers he has helped.

I have know Ron for the past 9 years and in that time he has work on several of my vehicles, including my Race Mini Cooper & my Mazda Track car. Ron is very competent and knowledgeable Automotive Engineer, his attention to detail is unsurpassed. Ron is also a Racer himself with many years at the Drag Strip, but he also understands the needs of people like me who are Road Racers. For tune up, trick alignments and custom suspension work Ron is your man. I highly recommend Ron at Automotive Specialist, give him a call and tell him Terry sent me here.
