I had accidentally broken the one of 2 sliding glass doors on my husband's antique cabinet. I felt awful about breaking a family heirloom, but remembered driving by a nearby glass place. After googling to find the buisness and the number I called, spoke to Russ l, and explained what I was looking for and got a rough quote based on my guessed dimensions, which was very reasonable. I went in the next day with the unbroken glass and it was actually cheeper than the original quote. A+customer service, I am more than happy with the new cabinet doors, and although I don't often need custom glass, I will definitely be a returning customer, and recommend Russ at Artisan Glass any time the topic arises.

We have an old coffee table set in our home - that we've had forever! When we first bought the set, we had smoked glass tops cut for them (looks a bit nicer & cleans easier). Quite a few years ago - one of the end table tops broke and we just never took the time to replace it. "Fat chance matching the glass now!" I thought. So I grabbed the one good top we had left and stopped by Artisan Glass here in Red Deer and was warmly greeted by Russ. Not only did Russ match the glass exactly - but he did so at a very reasonable rate. Thanks Russ!!!
I'd encourage you to definitely give Artisan Glass & Mirror a shot...

Went in with a custom order for the lids on an aquarium that were missing. Had specific measurements they needed to be at. The owner asked what it was for and I said an aquarium and he recommended thicker glass as it would be handled more. Gave me a call a hour later when they were ready, and they were exactly the size I requested and worked perfect. Still am using them today, I appreciated the personal recommendation.

While visiting my son’s home, I noticed that the kitchen window was cracked. As a surprise, I wanted to get it repaired for him. Being from out of town, I chose Artisan Glass based on the high ratings and great online references. I called Russ, and was immediately treated like a long time good customer. Russ came out to the house promptly, during the busy season, even though it was a very small job. I offered to pay in advance, because I would not be in town when the window was being replaced, but was advised that payment was not required until I was satisfied with the job. A couple of weeks later, the installation - perfectly done - was completed. I highly recommend Russ and his company - Artisan Glass!
