Nice neighbourhood convenience store. Friendly cashier you can have a conversation with, learned her name was ‘Marietta’, very nice lady. Favourite item in the store is the dog treats straight from a farm, they’re pretty tasty :P

Their system is set up to do the math incorrectly. The total and the change didn't add up.
I was shorted my change and when I addressed the discrepancy she tried telling me it was taxes. And then when I did the math in front of her she tried to return the stolen money.
This is no honest mistake. Their computer did the math incorrectly.
We shouldn't be doing business with dishonest people.

The total and the change were both clearly displayed on screen and there was $1.20 discrepancy. When I mentioned it she tried telling me it was taxes. She only tried to reimburse me after I said "if you're going to rip me off for a buck I just won't come back"
I was not shown a receipt, nor did I agree to anything. That's another lie.
I told her to enjoy her dishonest dollar and left the store.
And this wasn't the first time.
I was already suspicious of 2 previous transactions. that's why I did the math.
Do better.
You think more lies is the way to resolve this?
Funny that your private response to me admits that there was a discrepancy, but publicly you deny it.

Your best chance at redemption on this matter is to tell the truth, apologize, and promise that it will never happen again.
People are struggling right now. They don't need dishonest people making it even harder by sneaking unearned money when they're not paying attention.

You might want to change store hours. The ones on here aren't the same as when you're open. I was there at 8am on Sunday and nobody showed up until 9am . Also the woman who works there wanted to know why I had a red express bag and what was in the package. Ummm none of your business. I had express bag due to the fact I needed it there the next day. Guess what! It didn't show up for 5 days. My package was rejected.

Was at the store at 6:15am on Tuesday November 14th, and the store was closed. The hours of operation accordingbto Google and Purolator say 6am it's open, but now im confused.

Went to go pick up my parcel here and to pick up a few things. I dealt with the rudest old brown lady I've ever met. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while she finished her phone call. She yelled at me to sign the delivery slip and then when I asked if she needed anything else she shooed me away to leave. Need to work on training their staff.
