Ordered pizza a tortquilla or how ever its spelled a big bag of chips a pop n a doritos nacho bowl n only recieved the disgusting looking rubbery pizza that wasnt eddible at all whole 40$ order was nasty af as only the pizza showed up n looked like it been sitting on a counter for 12 hrs it was not even hot n looked way under cooked been trying to contact since i talked to a rude staff member who ran her mouth n got extremely defensive and lippy n noone will pick up at all i want my money back n i wont be back to this location ever again completely gone down hill 100% just spoke to staff n one stagf member started viol3ntly yelling at me this happened between 120 n 145 pm on oct 30th will now be contactibg health n safty n sending health inspector as well as better business as ur staff shouldnt be violently yelling at customers n thteatening em violently would love management to contact me as thisnis twice ur staff yelled n was unprofessional af so as of octobwr 31st at 9am to 923am i spoke to manager may n she out right refusef to do anythig so now wil be informing better business n a lawyer enjoy wont be back to location also informing poliece justt had the manager gor all locations n property of 7 21 contact me n pretend he was an officer of law befor n threaten me withnuswing his athority aginst me will be vontacting poliece again n contacting better business n health inspector n also contacting gov to try n have the business licens revolked ad yall just attacked a customer n impersonated being an officer love how staff n management n distric manage ment like to threaten vustimera n the district manager tryed oretending to be a poliece officer n told me hes gonna use his athority aginst me diwtrict manager just banned me for calling him.outbon his abusive af behaior from all red deer locations after i called n report3d gim to arhoritys would like the actualy owner to getbin contact befor u have a major lawsute on hand ur district manager is tryingbto lie to clients n oretend hes still a poliece officer n ise that poliece power aginst customers 15 days later n still not got my money back will be now fileing a better bisiness report n a health inspevtor n also speaking to a lawyer screw this this lovation font care about its customers n or food safty managers n district manager need to be fired ecpevially after thteatening customers n pretending to be an officer of the law after telling me the customer he was a retired cop n threatemed to use his poliece power aginst me really pathetic n sad n abusive behavior by this location will be takeing the right steps to make sure this location is punished for its actions n sellingbof unsafe food products that if eaten woulda made a person really sick disgusted by how abusive n pathetic n how bad the service was 100% teach ur ataff good safty n the proper way of food safty n food temperatures 2 cuz yall got no clue what yall doing n yall gonna poison someone

On food special says days staff should atleast keep the special food almost 7$ for something so dry you almost brake a tooth if your going too staff that is to lazy too move from counters atleast make them earn there paycheck and keep food fresh 2nd Tuesday in a row half my food is rock hard maybe hire less lazy staff jobs not that hard.

Small 7/11 with takeout and drive thru Tim Hortons. Makes it very cramped in there alot of times . They would benefit extremely by building a bigger store.

I would not recommend any person in the town to visit this store . One of worst and rude customer service ever . On june 10th around 8.45pm in evening me and my brother visited the store to buy a coffee and snack at Tim horton inside the store . They asked us to leave the store without any reason and refused me to prepay for fuel as well . They all were very rude . I would never visit any 7-11 in future . I would like the manager of store to check the cameras and see their behaviors in that specific time . Worst store experience ever . Totally disgusting and disrespectful .

After finding out how terrible the management treats their staff at this location, I will no longer be frequenting this 7-11. If I could give less stars, I would. It's a shame really. The only recommendation I can give, is to stay away from this place.
