Summit ram Chrysler douge jeep, are a horrible company to work with, they don't keep on promises to there clients and they don't care about anything. They have been the worst people to deal with, very unprofessional, and have no communication skills. It really suck I though they were a god company but they arnt.

What’s the purpose of making an appointment if the dealership cannot do what’s asked of them. They had my vehicle all day, open to closing time and only accomplished an oil change. I specifically made an appointment to service rain sensor wipers and they couldn’t complete the task. Will not be going back.

This the worst dealer in ALL of dodge history. I wish we could leave 0 stars. The place has fallen apart. The GM doesn’t even call back when I tracked him down to Parkland Chrysler… be aware same GM!! We have had our Ram Promaster serviced here since new. Prior to a great employee leaving we were extremely satisfied with Ponoka Dodge, great staff, great people and great work. To start, its, happened twice now that the techs FAILED to inflated a cargo vans tires properly. JIM service manager said he’s instructed his crews to make sure tires are inflated properly, (we wonder why accidents on QE2 perhaps dealers cut corners) Jim has said that I could bring the van back they would fill and adjust the tires with air. I said the tires are filled with nitrogen and is it safe to fill nitrogen filled tires with air and he said it’s a SNAKE oil scam that sales does! So I need to use my van and the tires aren’t inflated properly. JIM has said bring it back and he will use air….I asked what if something happens with failed tires not inflated properly and I cause an accident?? What about me or someone else? I asked is that okay? This dealer has fallen apart. Between lies, scams, and treating employees like trash. Maybe the GM will return my call after this review. Taking it to Chrysler Canada. Take your money and run away from the lies and incompetence of this place.

I like the customer service and being able to ask plenty of annoying questions so I can understand what is going on. After getting your quote I was not able to afford to get it fixed immediately. It was several months later.
What appreciated the most was hearing the truth that you didn't need to take my driver fender off to take the manifold off. That was why I didn't get it done at Canadian Tire, even though they warranty their parts for life.

Refer my son to buy a new truck there didn't receive any referral money or anything that was promised in the agreement bunch of broken promises as usual from this company just like a car I bought from there while ago with a broken front bumper promised to fix it get a qoute and they wouldn't fix it even though it was in the agreement so my advice to people buying from here watch out bunch of promises they will not keep
