About Capitol Cinemas Ponoka
Capitol Cinemas Ponoka is a really great little theatre that provides a very positive experience. It is a small, quaint, local cinema that feels like stepping back in time to a real movie theatre experience from the old days. The theatre is clean and nicely laid out, with good size screens and really good sound. A major highlight is the super comfy VIP chairs that recline all the way back. Prices are very reasonable, especially for matinees, with recent shows and snacks at awesome prices. The staff is always very friendly, kind, and helpful. There are no lineups. Some note the bathroom stalls are small and hard to maneuver, but overall it is an amazing little cinema highly recommended over big city theatres.

So nice to have a local theatre to go to. Prices, especially for matinees, are very reasonable, and the staff is always very friendly.
