I had to go through self check out with a full shopping cart because all of the employees were helping with grocery. Not to mention, none of the discounts being offered were honored. When I mentioned it to the employee, they said they did not know how to change the price.

Used PC express for several years now with no issues. Had an issue a few weeks ago, complained right away and was promised a refund in the chat. Fine.Then, a week later, I get an email from loblaws asking for photos of the terrible apples they decided to pawn off on me (plus the ground beef and chicken breast that was expired the same day). Do they not realize I threw the apples out the same day? this isn’t right.

Proces are a bit high for some products, but if you keep an eye on the flyers you can get some deals here and there.This store doesn't carry large bulk sizes, so not a great place for the big monthly stock up, but an excellent place for a quick run when you need a few things.Very clean and bright store, with friendly staff.

Live out of town,so I've only been there a couple of times. The prices were better than I thought and the place was clean.

The store removed public garbage cans (out front/lobby area) because customers were putting garbage in them. Seriously. This was confirmed by two cashiers.

Today I went to do some grocery shopping and had a very unpleasant (trying not to call it humiliating) experience, my 9 yo kid needed to use the washroom and since someone took the decision to lock the washroom had to go and ask for the key, and for my surprise they requested me to leave my ID for them to lend me the key, I don’t know who’s taking that kind of decision’s but that’s the worst way to try to fix whatever problem they’re having with the washroom. I would give the cero stars, but this is the minimum I can give, continue with this kind ok practices and you’ll keep loosing customers, as for now, you already lost me and my family

Excellent prices on groceries and a wide variety of options. Much better than shopping in Sundre or goi g all the way to the city for our food.

You cant call this place. They ignore the phone for 10 minutes and keep you on hold just to send you to voicemail. If you apply you cant call the dude! He ignores every phone call he receives without fail. Even if he called you first. This guy needs to leave.

Staff is great,but the company has lost the plot as to the customer 1st!! No more price matching(nonsense)and prices for a sister company of superstore are astronomically high!! Its great for a pick up of needful things but not a great place to shop for a full grocery list!! $300.00 and we walked out with 4 bags!! Nuff Said!!
