Had a frustrating experience shopping here today. I came on my lunch break to get an item that was listed in the flyer but was told It wasn't prepared.
Upon speaking to the manager on duty, she went above and beyond. She not only explained what happened but she went and had it made and DELIVERED it to me at work so I didn't miss my lunch!!
100% will be back again. As someone who works in customer service, this situation was handled with such care and dedication and in a manner that made your company look good.
Please reward this amazing lady for her hard work and dedication to customer care. I can't thank her enough!!!

Has anyone had any issues trying to close your account, remove your equity, from Westview Co-Op? As an execcutor I had dealings with the Drumheller Co-Op with no issues doing this in the past. Since Westview has taken over, I have been trying unsuccessfully now for a year. Keep getting nothing but a run around from the Old's office. From them completely getting the new address incorrect and never receiving papers. The name of the town was spelled out and is a known town in Alberta, but they couldn't get it right. And how hard is it to get a postal code correct when it is given to you and you even read it back. Took 6 months to receive the paper work and it was addressed incorrectly at that after how many times on the phone and emails that they were corrected. Papers were all sent in 6 months ago, was told it can take 6 months for them to pay out, I get, we have no record of you or your application. They have no problem taking your money for a membership, but they do not want to give you back what you are owed, nor in a timely manner! Nothing against the people that are employed in Drumheller by the Co-Op. This is all on the head office. The company that can afford to buy out a liquor store and take it over in Drum. And yes, I have tried reaching out to other people at their head office, with no other results. Done rant, for now!

As members of Westview Co-op we enjoy the quality products, the prices in the store and at the Gas Bar. We also like the annual rebates we get each year. Renovations are complete and Olds is amazing! Their online ordering and pickup service works slick!

The renovated, Olds AB store is bigger and brighter, with its' usual extremely good service. I particularly appreciate the new butcher shop with excellent quality cuts for those special dinner events.

I had a negative experience with your cashier, Valeriae, who didn't know how to behave with customers. I won't be shopping at any co-op again. Previously, someone at the co-op informed me about a student discount, mentioning that with a student ID, I could get a 10% discount. I am thankful to that person for being kind. During my third visit, when I showed my student ID to Valeriae, she insisted on also seeing a personal ID card like a driver's license or passport. I provided my passport, and she matched it with my college ID. While doing so, I mentioned that nobody had asked me for a personal ID before. She responded by saying, 'No, you have to show ID.' I reiterated that the previous cashier hadn't requested it, suggesting that they might not have known about the requirement. Valeriae insisted, 'No, everyone knows here.' Does this mean I was not telling the truth to her? This felt disrespectful, and despite living close to the co-op, I won't be returning. Thank you for the unpleasant experience.
