Friendly staff. The front desk lady took my issue seriously despite it being my own mistake, she helped me get my parcel back.

I was double charged to send my package out, the lady never confirmed the address and it’s was never delivered.

Signed up for a post office box when I moved to town, but they didnt activate it properly, so all my stuff was sent back for two months until they noticed. Got to pay a lot of double shipping for that. Asked more than three times to stop getting fliers and junk with a different rep everytime, apparently none of them bothered to do it. And now theyre going to send back a package I got, that they apparently had for over a week before they gave me the notice card, which happened to be the week I was gone for work training. And of course they cant redeliver it for whatever reason or forward it. Very done with Canada Post these days

worst canada post office ever everyone is rude and bullies they only have one nice delivery driver the rest cant even do their job properly

Instead of helping me the woman continued to do computer work. Can’t you help the customer first and do that after I leave ? It’s called customer service

Staff is normally helpful and nice. Once in a while you have to wait in line for a bit, it can get backed up pretty easily.
