One of the worse experience. They kept our car for around 1 and half month and didn't repair properly. They broke some parts and denied to accept it. Every time when we call them machanics wife talk very rudely they never give any update about our car. When we took our car our car is was still leaking and some parts are also loose and we are still paying to other mechanic because of their negligence. Our advice never go to this mechanic.

Huge shout out to these guys!
Saved my butt when I was called out to work on a Sunday. Answered their phone at 8 am and met at there shop within 20 mins to help me with a blow out on my service truck. And rates were more than reasonable.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. Ever. After fixing my car two days ago in Calgary, I pulled into their shop with a flashing engine light and he stopped everything he was doing to help. He went out and bought new parts, and spent over an hour looking at my car. The whole team is so friendly, and so trustworthy. They immediately took all the stress away and made me feel very safe and taken care of. I will 110% drive up from Calgary to this shop if I need my car looked after. Just amazing, I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. After learning we had to tow it back to the shop I just came from, he right away started calling around to see how he could make that happen. Thank you SO much to their team & their head mechanic!

Amazing. We had our car fixed at a mechanic in Calgary (spark plugs and coil) and within 24 hours of picking it up and driving it to Olds we broke down right by Aubins Auto Aid and Tires, and luckily we did! They got us in right away and made us feel taken care of. Extremely friendly and trustworthy. The shop in Calgary lied about replacing things they did not replace. Our spark plug and coil had clearly not been fixed like we were told it was (and paid for!). Our mechanic at Aubins Auto Aid went above and beyond to get us fixed, and are even sending us a detailed write up on what needs to be fixed to give to the other Calgary mechanic. So grateful we stopped here and will 10000% be back for all of our mechanical needs, absolutely worth the drive for this level of care! Thank you so much!!

This place is beyond amazing and accepting. I rolled into town days ago and I'm on the edge of losing my transmission but these guys made it so I could get my kids. Back home . I will be back to show my gratitude in person once I'm up and running fully . They were there withing minutes of my call and went above n beyond in that moment to help. I am forever grateful for the souls at this shop .

Starting experiencing shaking on the highway from Edmonton to Invermere when accelerating at high speeds. We were a little concerned about the vehicle and decided to pull over to the closest repair shop and it happened to be this one. They were 30 minutes from close but very graciously offered to look at the car. After looking at it for 15 minutes they decided it was safe to drive and could be fixed when we returned home. They did offer to order the parts and fix next day if we were worried, but we trusted their advice and carried on with our trip. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating and they did not charge us for looking at the car (very much appreciated as two broke college students). Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing service everyone was so nice our tires were having troubles on the road on our long drive home and we pulled in were helped immediately they also fixed our brakes which we didn't even know were broken and all for free! 10 out of 10 would go again great place:)

I ran into a pickle with a large screw in my tire. Olds is a quiet town on a Sunday.
I was directed to Glenn so called him, he said, just let me put my boots on and meet me at the shop.
Well, the rest is history.
Fantastic service, very nice fellow.
I highly recommend Aubins Auto.

I got a flat at 4:30pm on a Friday of a long weekend. Aubins staff stayed open to put 4 new tires on for me and I was able to get home safely. Deeply appreciate all their assistance!!

Long weekend Friday afternoon and my truck started overheating. I pulled into old and stopped at Aubins Auto Aid. The people working there dropped everything to take a look at my unit and give it immediate attention to see if they could get me back on the road. They didn’t have the parts and they let me know the risks I was running but extremely friendly helpful checked my codes checked my engine checked my fluids and charged me nothing. I would definitely stop here and use this mechanic in the future. Also I see they have a great deal on tires.

Amazing service at a very fair price. My Tesla got a flat tire and we had to visit this auto shop which happened to be the only one open. Despite not having our tire size available they still managed to help us. The staff were very nice and we are very grateful for them ?.

The staff were SO friendly! One of the mechanics coming to talk to me so I could tell them the problem. Then when they figured out what was going on they sent me to somewhere that could do it cheaper and didn’t charge me. Will definitely be going there again!
