I went to exchange a pack of diapers today that were bought in May, I had exchanged a different pack a few days ago. The lady at the customer service was super rude and told me I couldn’t exchange these ones even though I had a receipt. I also had read online unopened diapers and wipes were accepted. Either way the customer service was awful. I’m not 100% sure of the return policy for diapers specifically but I’m not happy with how I was treated.

The manager of the pharmacy gave the incorrect dosage of medication to my husband and did not notify him of this change causing my husband to overdose his medication for over a month. Abraham is not a good pharmacist.

It's like an internment camp, they have gates that they have to let you out of, they take your photo at checkout (which I don't even know if that's legal, it's different than casual surveilance). I don't know if all walmarts here are like this now, but even the ones in the states weren't this bad.
For that reason alone, I will not be returning.
Otherwise, they had poor selection of men's clothing (sizes and variety), the prices on the tags didn't match the shelves, and I was bait and switched because online it listed these items being a lower price than they were in store.
oh, and the till tried to scan the item multiple times (I think it's on purpose to get those not paying attention, because the employee who stood behind me watching didn't attempt to help until I asked. ...But to be fair, maybe she was zoned out I know Walmart does not treat its employees well. Regardless, the mere fact the machines don't have a re-scan delay seems suspect).

Please double check scanned items. The lady at the till was so confused that she charged me for 21 items while actually I bought 20items. I was telling her repeatedly that you have scanned one item more and charged me extra more than what it should be.
But the lady was so reluctant and lethargic to listen to me and argued that she has done right scanning.
I was in hurry to join duties at 1500 hours. Lastly I went to the customer service counter and requested to count items and check what is charged.
So the staff at the customer service called another staff to resolve my extra charged amount.
In all this arguments and settlements it took more 30 minutes and ultimately I reached at my job half an hour late.
During all this scenarios, I came to know that, the lady at the till was about to complete her shift at 15:00hrs that’s why she was not ready to listen to my problems and behaved like she has no concerns about the customers say and problems.
I read one slogan board at one of the best liquor stores in OKOTOKS, as follows:
Rule No.1 - Customers are always RIGHT.
Rule No.2 - If you think, customers are WRONG, read Rule No. 1 again ?.
And I always go to that Liquor store since last 6 years…
If that lady at the till would be smarter enough, I could have saved my precious 40 minutes also the whole staff at the Customer Service counter would have been also saved their valuable time too.
The management must engage smart staff at the till to avoid wastage of time for both the parties.

My husband got hurt at the okotoks store and when I called to speak to manager I got the run around and ended up leaving a message to have the manager call me. That was 5 days ago and still haven't received a call back. I told him in the message that my husband got hurt at his store and he still didn't call me back. If that's the way thus store treats customers shows the lack of caring about their customers. Almost a month later still no phone call from the store manager.

Told my son and myself we had to leave because he was giving away a handful of free toys to kids in the parking lot. Kids these days don't do much anymore. Then you come out and lower their spirits just trying to do something nice and give back to the community. To be told to leave. 3 minutes later a cops pulls up. What horrible management

The frozen juice is NEVER priced correctly. Today July 21st, 2024 the fruitopia frozen juice says 3 for $4, yet each juice came up for $1.77
We've talked to management before about this but clearly things never change. What a joke of a place.

Optometrist was awful, I am a senior and had an eye exam just before turning 65, i had to pay 150 for eye exam and found out 6 months later I had cataracts, in which I was not told at all at the walmart but at a different eye doctor in which eye exam was 55 dollars. Also my prescription was way off at the walmart.

Unfortunately after my last experience, I think I'm done with Walmart. I drove from out of town to buy a fan during this Alberta heat wave. I am so accustomed to buying electronics or housewares that have missing parts or don't work, that I decided to buy 2. ( I'm on Aish as a Single woman.). I bought 2 fans, came home to find both have missing parts...... The exact issue I was scared of, then not even parts I could match to get a fan going. So now I'm out gas money, time and still no fan. I'm no longer a fan either.

Try to keep track of the shelf prices when you ring up items at the till. Second time in under 2 weeks I’ve picked up items and the prices on the shelf do not match when rung up at the till. Example: Colgate Toothpaste max fresh 150ml posted as $2.77/ea, but rang up over $4 at the self checkout. Tried today, and it was corrected from last week. Frustrating to think of past visits that we may have missed an items incorrect pricing. Walmart robbing us blind as usual. Slimeballs..
