Friendly and very helpful. Spencer worked hard to get me my Kenwood car radio and Walker did an amazing installation. 5 stars and many thanks to everyone I met.
Replacement of backup camera went quickly and at minimal cost. Ian certainly knew what he was doing. His work saved me much time and many dollars.

Picked up a tv, hidden box, and a few other items from here.
I live in Calgary, and much prefer driving down to Okotoks to shop including at visions. Quieter, sales people aren't pushy and also know their stuff. Super easy to talk to and deal with.

Installed a Sony unit in my son’s car. Now he has Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay! And the backup camera and the steering wheel radio controls work! Not a bad improvement for a 10 year old Mazda.

5 star experience. Mathew and Derrick were very helpful and professional. I am very happy with my purchase of 77" Samsung S89C QD-OLED TV. The TV was heavily discounted from their clearance sale, and they still gave me an additional discount. Purchased in-store extended warranty for a fair price and had it delivered the next day. Delivery was on time. Unboxed, turned on, and checked for dead/stuck pixels. Everything works. Highly recommend this store.
