I went in to swap my cell for a new one and was helped by a very nice, kind and smart young man by the name of Liam.He took time to explain everything to me and even called my provider twice to clarify something and get a change made on my bill.If your looking for a place to get a phone, go to Staples in Okotoks and ask for Liam!!!

Did my 1month old baby passport photo here and 100% recommended!! Maia was amazing very patient and nice with us. She made sure the photo was perfect and didn’t hesitate to make several attempts. I went previously to shopper and they couldn’t take a decent picture or even try.All the staff was very nice, the cashier also a really nice lady. Keep the good customer service!

We are a local small business. The Staples location help us with all our specialty printing needs. The staff in the print center are very knowledgeable and kind. The service is excellent, Kari one of the staff is very customer driven which is amazing to see in todays world. Highly recommend them. We have been working with them for years. Give them a shot I will promise you will be impressed.

An excellent shopping experience tonight. The sales staff confirmed my item was available over the phone before I travelled to the store and had it ready for me when I arrived. The pricing with in store, trade in promotion couldn't be beat. The sales people who helped me during the purchase were very pleasant and answered all my questions about the product at the time of purchasing. They let me know about their product protection plan but didn't pressure me into purchasing it. They even helped load the large box into my car.

Terrible customer service. be aware.they don't honor their own sale prices, and you have to argue with ill trained staff, they will try to hide sticker once you point them to it, saying some other customer put it there (i heard that one more then few times before from them). and if that is proven wrong then they will say the system won't over ride. if you see items on sale make sure you take picture of the shelf before you take it to the till, as they will deceivingly try to take it away and claim it was never there.this is not the way to treat customers, avoid this store if you can.
