Been going here since they opened. Quick and efficient. Matt, Dianne and the other assistants have been more than amazing with. Helping me with understand my meds. Injecting me with prescription needles at no charge! also there delivery service is free and efficient!!

I've dealt with a lot of pharmacists and Southbank Pharmacy is the best I've ever come across. I quickly noticed how Matt & his team take the time to get to know you and was so surprised how they go above and beyond for their patients.

Hands down the best pharmacy I've been to. Matt and his team are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Matt was able to show me natural medications to try before going on prescription drugs from my doctor. He was able to help me get my sleep routine back in order so I didn't have to take any sleeping pills. He also helped me with my energy levels and my stomach. I will always come here for any prescriptions or other medication that I may need.

Amazing quality of service from Matt and the team. They’ve always been so helpful and kind when filling our prescriptions and more importantly they know how to deal with the insurance companies and direct billing. This is worth it’s weight in gold!

Matt and Diana are amazing, they always go above and beyond. They remember our names and it is the friendliest service I have ever had. I recommend Southbank to everyone I talk to and even use their service as an example of going the extra mile when coaching staff in my own place of work.

I made the mistake of booking my pharmacy in the wrong town but for the 20 minute drive- very nice and polite staff. I don't think wait time is really a thing as Ive gotten my medications in less than 3-5 minutes each visit.

Matt and his wife (sorry I don't remember her name) are both wonderful pharmacists. Always give me helpful information...very personable....willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
