Walked into the store with high expectations and Scott exceeded them. He could not have been more helpful, he found us the perfect mattress on the second recommendation. I cannot recommend the store enough but more specifically Scott. Incredibly nice, beyond helpful and quite simply fantastic. Thanks again Scott!!!

We stopped in at the store today and spoke with Scott. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He really took the time to educate my husband and I on their product suite and made sure we were able to make a fully informed decision. He was thorough, easy to talk to and made our experience truly fantastic. Thank you so much Scott.

If I could give a 0.5 star, I would. We bought a mattress at Sleep Country in Okotoks (although, I expect they are all the same) and the mattress sagged at the head and foot of the mattress. Sleep country does not help with warranty issues and in fact defers to the manufacturer. They said it was an issue with the frame of the bed (which it is not. The sagging is at the head and foot of the mattress and not down the middle as you would expect from a bad frame) and they won't listen or offer any help. $2000 down the drain.

In store assistance was good. But the pillows we tested in store are very different then the ones we were given . In store was fluffy and we have pancakes . I believe we did try side sleeper, but we’re given back/stomach sleeper. The no refund exchange policy left us out of luck .

We walked in to Sleep country Okotoks this afternoon to buy a new bed. We were always satisfied with Sleep County in the past. Unfortunately this afternoon we had a very negative experance. The sales person seemed to be bothered by us as we were asking to many questions I guess. As we felt so unwelcomed at the Okotoks store we just simply walked out and spent $ 4500.00 of our hard earned money at a local competitor store which was very friendly and knowledgeable .

I would give 1.5 if it were possible. They had a great selection, sure!But the vibe of the place was SO bad, I'm considering never going there again.The staff were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge our presence, first off. I understand if you're busy and all, but a polite "One sec!" makes all the difference.These two didn't speak to us until we asked them.When we tested a few of the mattresses, we were offered little information.Then, in the middle of the conversation, another staff member walked up and started whispering stuff to the guy we were speaking to!I'm not usually one to get offended by stuff like this, but...That's just not okay.Lastly, we weren't offered any kind of deal, at first. We had to ask for one.I'm sorry, but if you're going to make a good sale, at least TRY to talk up your product! Give us an incentive to shop with you.When we eventually were offered a deal, it was quite pathetic in comparison to the deal we were offered by a competitor of Sleep Country.But the deal could have been amazing and I still would have shopped elsewhere simply due to the attitude these staff members had!Whispering in front of customers and ingoring them was just a total deal-breaker.We decided to make our mattress purchase elsewhere and not give money to this poor business.My last complaint with Sleep Country was that their store was setup in such a way that the AC blew directly down on the mattresses.This made it very difficult to judge whether the mattress was naturally cool or whether it was just the store.As someone who suffers from severe hot flashes and night sweats, cooling is important! I want to make sure that my mattress is cool, and not just surface cooled from the AC.All in all, the store just gave seriously bad vibes.I wanted to buy from them (as they offered a product not offered by the competitor), but...In the end, I saved roughly $2k shopping elsewhere.And the competitors were very informative and eager to make things workable for a tight budget!The staff at this Sleep Country gave off the impression that they didn't care if they made a sale or not.So, I suppose they will be happy we have shopped elsewhere!

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options to look at. At the end of the day we felt we chose the right product and as of today, having slept a few nights on our mattress, we know we did. I have shopped there before and in the future we definitely will.

This is the second time we have bought a mattress here for our king bed. The assistant was super helpful asking us about our sleep patterns, sleeping positions, and any issues with the current mattress. We never felt rushed and tried out 10 different options before settling on one.The price was very competitive, delivery was in less than a week and we love the fact that you have 100 days to change your mind.Delivery was quick and easy.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal available. The delivery and set up went smoothly with no concerns and they removed all packaging so I did not have to worry about disposing of it. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.Liked the first mattress so much I went back and bought another one for the master bedroom
