Went to Shell Riverside station early this morning 9/17/24 to buy gas and lottery ticket. Went to store but the store door is locked. Along with other customer knocking the door the female attendant came out and open the door. No greetings no customer service at all. I am paying my bills in the counter and the attendant did not bother to ask if i need the receipt. I asked for the receipt but instead of handing the receipt to me properly she just tossed infront of me in the counter. "No customer service at all no respect, and she thinks i owe her a favor" Shame on you.!!!This station does not follow Shell Customer Service standards. Very sad. I hope the Retail Store Manager and District Manager will find out about this type of an acceptable behavior.

PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION! My husband and I have been to this shell about 6 times in the last year and literally every single time they don’t have the receipt printer working. This forces you to go inside to get the receipt, just so you’ll buy their overpriced candy and other junk. First world problems I know, but it’s just a waste of everyone’s time and money.

Pumps are frequently out of paper for receipts.Icy patches around the pumps in the winter.Seems like there is a lack of regular maintenance by the staff.

Always stop at this Shell in the morning, always have a nice talk with Madhu, she always take time to ask how im doing and ask about my kids , best employee ever? always nice to stop there and all new Pump and nice screen now ?????
