I came in to get flowers and a pie and some lady who worked here with short grey/brown hair and glasses in pig tails was SO RUDE to me. I paid for my stuff in the self checkout and walked around to look at the gift cards and she walked right up to me and said THAT TILL DOESNT WORK while I'm on the phone, I said yes I know I'm looking at gift cards and she said WELL IT TURNS and I said yes I know but it's not working, I'm good thanks I got it and continued talking on the phone, she comes right around to the gift cards and turns the entire stand to the opposite gift cards I wanted to look at and said THERE and I said once more I'm good thanks and I walked out and she ran after me saying I NEED TO SEE YOUR YOUR RECEIPT and I politely said yes I would love to show you that while I am still on the phone. Proved to her I paid and then she finally left me alone. I will NOT come back here. What an absolute joke of customer service.

These new kids don't bag, we ordered our groceries for pick up. Payed extra and they just look at you like they aren't getting paid 2500 a month.

No idea why they call it Save-On. It is a nice enough store, but it always has been very expensive compared to other grocery stores. It is not a discount grocery store, so why the deceiving name that has nothing to do with their business model?You also must have the membership card, or it gets to absurdly expensive. They obviously would not have a single customer if they did not lower the prices back to something less than insane when you use the card, so why the hassle of the stupid card?Yesterday I paid $7 for a pack of coffee filters at this store. While I was there, I needed other things, but just did not need them bad enough at the time to pay what they were charging. I now clearly remember why 99% of the time I drive right by Save-On and go somewhere else for our groceries.Perhaps if they did not have the overhead of the card system and the multiple price tags on everything, they could lower the prices to something more reasonable...With the other grocery choices in Okotoks, Save-On is our last choice. That said, if you have no problem playing the silly membership game to get groceries, want the most expensive but clean, reasonably stocked grocery store, spend your money here.

My company was looking for a huge birthday cake in a last minute. The lady name called Chantel, she'd offered me to make this happen. All workers around this department were super friendly and helpful. The man even tried to grab me a cart because he said the cake was very heavy. Thank you guys for the excellent service.
