Rachel took such good care of our high maintenance 14 year old fur child! She was not the least bit intimidated by his howls or nips. Washed, dried, nails trimmed, glands checked. He came out looking like a new dog! We can’t thank her enough

Have had many bad experiences here 2 hampsters that got sick same day of purchase. Got a fish that was sick and died and killed other fish same day and watched fish die in their tanks. Terrible service and grubby store
