Well, i have been shopping at this location for a while. All the employees know me there. Go in there 2-3 times a week to purchase lotto, vaping products and other stuff. Today i went in and wanted to purchase refill cartridges for my vape. Polar Mint to be exact and i always buy two packs. The smaller asian female behind the counter requested my ID, i am 48 years old and have gray hair, whatever is left of it.Fine. Went back to my truck outside and gotten my wallet. I presented a Canadian Citizenship card to her and she refused to sell me the products. She said it's not an ID and i need an id with a barcode. My thoughts,1. You will no be getting any of my information ie address, my driving class, etc.... and you will not be scanning any of my IDs with your computer and keeping the information. Government of Canada requires age verified for sale of Tabaco and vaping products. Not collection of personal information.2. If your employee DOES NOT know what a Canadian Citizenship card is, i suggest you educate her what it is. Perhaps she doesn't have one? or never seen one? Maybe she requires proper training?3. i WILL NOT shop at your gas station anymore due to this. I have been a long time supporter of Petro Canada, and that was a final blow. Will be shopping and refueling my vehicle from now on across the street. It is illegal for you to demand and collect personal information from your customers.

Not having my driver's license scanned. Petro-Canada and 7-11 have lost my business. Last stop will be to cash in PetroPoints.

Can't tell me that all of these guys still aren't price gouging. Consistently 20plus cents per litre more then Calgary. Go to the city and get gas if you can. Also reported to provincial government

Immediately after filling up last week my vehicle started running rough. I usually fill up at shell, absent any other changes, I have to suspect poor fuel quality. I hope it hasn't caused any damage to my engine... we will see.If no one else had any issues maybe it was just a fluke? But I have heard of places thinning their fuel, I can't say unless I drain it and send it for testing.

The owner of this gas station was so kind and helpful to me yesterday and provided excellent service. I will definitely be stopping here on all my road trips to northern Alberta!

They usually have the cheaper prices in Okotoks with the exception of Costco. They sometimes run out of fuel though.
