“This is my absolute favorite Bone and Biscuit I have been to! The Customer service and business practices are second to none!! Just one example...I went to purchase some treats for my dogs and checked on what RAW foods they carried. They did not carry my brand but the managed/owner (I'm assuming) told me he would be looking into bringing it in on future orders. Less than a week later he took the initiative completely on his own to call me and tell me it is on its way!! He asked me how much I use in a month and not once have I went there and my brand/size and protein hasn't been available!! Good job Sir!! You have a customer for life!! This is only one example. But every single time I go there he goes above and beyond for me and my pets!!I would like to add one last note. They seem to have a very good knowledge of all the products they sell. I can definitely say that is not the case at all pet food stores I have been to. I highly recommend switching to this store for your pet food/supplies. Makes me beyond happy I can support local.And lastly thank you for the customer appreciation gift today! I am so happy you appreciate us as much as we do you!”

“Great hidden gem of a store, they have wonderful staff, their animals are taken care of amazingly well, great selection. If it was closer I would come in more often as their prices are great too! I love to stop by the expo booths these guys put up”
