My family and I are local, Murray is closest Dodge dealership, we have used their services and purchased a vehicle from them in the past with no issues.
Unfortunately, my son and his girlfriend had an unusual interaction with a staff member, Jen, who accused her of hitting a customer vehicle in a neighboring parking lot. My son and his girlfriend insisted they did not hit the vehicle. The staff member made it clear that she worked at Murray, several shop workers came out and stated they witnessed the accident, which is unlikely given the proximity and that no accident occurred and they proceeded to gang up on her, asking for her insurance information and threatening to call the police while accusing her of lying. She is a very young woman, who doesn't have the life experience to handle a situation like that. The workers involved were older and could see that she was overwhelmed and yet they continued. Eventually the detailer confirmed that the damage she was accused of causing was pre existing.
It was an extremely tense situation that was handled poorly to say the least. The General Manager, Jason, was involved in the conversation at the time and believes the situation was handled within reason. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this business, nor can we continue to do business with a company that would support that type of problem resolution.

I've been dealing with Murray Dodge for a year and a half now.I have had a couple services come up and when I went I was very welcomed....Lacey Shepherd in service was very good with her knowledge and confidence...making me feel at ease, and going the extra mile to answer all my questions!!!Awesome customer service!!! I traded in my Jeep yesterday and I dealt with Phil Rutherford as I have been for the past 9 years now and this is my 6th vehicle I have baught from him...Phil has the customer service skills we could all learn from and make more amazing experiences for others!!! I now call phil friend.I live in Calgary and will continue to get my services at Murray Dodge!!and the rest of the staff are all so very friendly!!THANK YOU ALL.

Disapointed as when I lost my screen the check engine light came on. Yes the screen was updated and reset but the check engine light remained on. When I started my truck and noticed the check engine light on I informed the tech that that was not on the invoice to do. As I expressed my disappointment I was told by the redheaded tech that only redseal machanics are allowed to work on diagnosis. I took this as blowing smoke up my ass as I know what the Redseal designation simply allows a certified machanic to apply his trade across Canada. Plugging in to diagnostics to troubleshoot why the light was on would be considered added work yes but also added business once diagnosed and a simple call to the customer to proceed with additional scope. Now I have a screen and a check engine light on that I assured the techs I'd have address elsewhere. My wife and I bring out vehicles to Okatoks from Calgary S.W. at the end of the day mildly disapointed not in the fix but the service for lying to me

Excellent dealership!
The receptionist was super friendly and very attentive, Mick the sale person helped and guided our niece to her future purchase (and we love his shirt!) and Jon really helped us with the out of province truck inspection. He really went the extra mile for us!
We live NW of Calgary and there are dodge ram dealers much closer but we rather drive 45mins knowing we're being looked after!
I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Accommodating at check-in, then delivering on the promised time table, while keeping me abreast on the progress. How much better can it get?
Cherry on top: staff placed the vehicle in the service reception area for my wife to see her "new" (used) car for the first time. Awesome! Thank you!

Updated review.
I've taken my truck here twice and one attempt at a quote.
Most recently it was just for a new key; communications and service were good throughout. Prices for keys are always high so the price is what it is. It would be good if transport was provided.
First visit: quote wasn't detailed enough and increased leaving me initially feeling like the price was unjustified. However when I got the invoice the detailed job instructions were attached which provided more confidence that this was a fair price.
Note the service advisors have been much better since my experience below.
First time I attempted to get a ball park quote on a specific job before I took my truck in was a few years ago, maybe 2020. The service advisor was very argumentative and refused to provide a quote for a transmission oil and filter change without inspecting the truck - which I'd have to pay for. I just called another local shop, had the quote in 2 minutes and had them do the work. After this experience I decided I'd only use this dealership when I absolutely had to and that's what I've done since. I tried to complain at the time but nobody was interested.

They were able to fit me in on short notice and were great to deal with. I have not experienced any negatives with this shop.

Regret buying a jeep
We bought 2024 jeep from them last month and we have had only issues since then. The car dash shows 'performance Limited fuel service system' i went there and they had no resolution for this.
Will never buy jeep/dodge ram vehicle in future . Car is only 2000 km driven yet

Had a great experience at Murray Okotoks beginning with Ken in sales and the team @ Murray. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in no low ball offers. After I felt I could get a fair trade-in price, Ken and Jas searched the inventory of dozens of dealers for a truck that I had in mind. I made an offer - a fair offer - which was accepted. New truck was in a day later. Treated fair and respectfully. Thanks to the crew at Murray.
