I had my VERY dirty truck detailed. This was BY FAR the best detailing I've ever had and I've had many! The exceptional young lady used extremely good equipment, superb cleaning products and turned my seven year old RAM 1500 back to LIKE-NEW condition. The cost was also a big surprise! I paid less than all the other details I had which were not even close to the amazingly good price she charged. Her knowledge, skills and personal attributes were all exemplary. She's now on my phone's favourite list!

With YYC on water restrictions, went out to okotoks to do laundry and stopped in at dreams to get a wash. Attendants were helpful and helped guide onto the track and my vehicle looks so much better!

The best car wash in town! Always great customer service, friendly staff, the free vacuums are awesome and I just find their prices for what you get the best in town. My car always looks great afterwards! No complaints ever!
I also had a coupon that they gave out during the parade that lets you have a free interior cleaning kit, which I will definitely use! Just great value for money! 10/10!!!

I drove from Oliver, BC. Bugs were an inch thick and dried on the paint. The young girl took extra care that all of them came off plus she washed my contoured mats!!!! AWESOME!!!

EDIT #2. Have been back twice since my first post. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. I can’t find a star emoji so I’m giving them 5♥️. I can not tell you enough how impressed I am. PERIOD. I remain a loyal customer ??✨ EDIT: since posting this review, Tom, the Director of Operations has contacted me regarding my concerns. I have to say how impressed I was with him. His concern over my experience seemed to be genuine. He was adamant that he would personally review the situation and get back to me. Which he did/has. He never asked me once to remove my 3star review. Which I appreciate as I’ve had businesses do that before and it seems so sleazy.
I won’t change my rating because I feel my last experience there was only worth 3stars. However if my future experiences are better, which I have no doubt they will be, I will write a new review.
With someone like Tom at the helm, I have no doubt your Dreams experience will be a great one?
This is a tough one. I would love to give Dreams 5 stars. Once upon a time I absolutely would have, but something has changed. For instance, I went to Dreams today and paid my $21 for ‘the heavenly wash’. It is supposed to “clean, protect and shine” with added Rain X for wheels? Take a look at my pictures. Do those look like clean wheels? Or rims? Or rock guards? Nope. I don’t think so either. Huge shock and disappointment.
Even the unfriendly staff has managed to become more unfriendly. For instance, when I was at Dreams today the vacuum cleaner I was using, and the one next to me, were both plugged. I went in to the office and asked one of the three young woman sitting behind the counter if she’d mind unplugging the vacuum cleaner for me. Her response was a yes. Fantastic I thought, that was easy. 5 minutes later, still no girl. By this time I’m halfway done cleaning my car, and could really use that vacuum, however it is still plugged. So of course back I go. “ do you have time now to unplug the vacuum cleaner?” Her answer? “Be right there… . …………….!”
Again I go outside to continue cleaning my car. By now I’m almost done. If I could just vacuum, I’d be happy, and be on my way. Where is that girl who is going to unplug those vacuums?!?! By now 15 minutes have passed and I am dragging my feet on the cleaning, waiting for that girl. Finally another girl comes outside. (By now I am desperate. I just want to vacuum and get out of there!!) I rush over to her with the same request, ?? could she please unplug the vacuum cleaner?!?!????. She turns to me and says “mind if I just wash this next car?” I paste a big smile on my face and say “of course “. What else was I going to do at his point? So there I wait, again, getting more and more frustrated, finally same girl does return to unplug the vacuum cleaner, looking like she’d rather be anywhere else but where she’s at.
All in all that was a huge waste of my money and time. Because I’ve been going to Dreams for years and have always been impressed with the quality of service,
Therefore I will give them another chance to redeem themselves. If it’s a repeat of today, I won’t go back. I’ll update this review after that next car wash. Fingers crossed things improve. It’s a cool concept.

I got a “heavenly” wash on my first visit and my vehicle came out looking okayish still had some bugs but the rest was okay. I liked the mat washer and vacuum station that comes with so I decided to get the membership I intended to go in again but as the guy put the sticker on the wash closed and the guy said I couldn’t go in now, whatever no big deal.
The next day I washed my truck using the membership, and it came out soapy and super wet and was really not as good as my first visit, I go in and asked the young lady for one of the rags I was given free the day before and she refused said I had to buy the ones on the wall and called me a liar saying I must of got it free from a different wash... okay then whatever I walked out and I found the rag I was given the day before and wiped off the soap and drove away. After driving home my truck was able to actually dry off and I noticed a really light scratch on the my driver door that was absolutely from the wash so I at this point decided to email them with no intention of reviewing the location and didn’t even ask for them to polish the scratch I just wanted a refund because I wasn’t satisfied and most Okotoks businesses are really strong in customer service,this is not the case for Dreams eco express they might take pride in the wash quality but not there customer service.
I got a partial refund but really felt that Tom had no bloody interest in my concerns regarding the wash and was argumentative/evasive about my issues for no reason I wasn’t fighting or being rude I was just trying to be honest about my experience. I posted our conversation so people can decide who handled this better for themselves.
Thanks, but simply won’t return/recommend this wash. Maybe next time lead with the incident report and asking me to come in don’t do it after you completely ignored my concerns to begin with.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Wash Attendant guided me in incorrectly causing $2000 damage to my car. I contacted the manager Tom only to be told he watched the video and said it looked normal. I’ve used these type of car washes many times before and what I experienced was far from normal. Buyer beware

My experience is from Dec 2022.
I always do my research on car wash facilities prior to using them, and Dreams' website states clearly states that the car wash provides a cleaning "without damage". So I figured I'd give the place a go.
I go through the wash, come out to use the vacuum for my mats, and see that my antenna had broken. I go inside and chat to the two teenage girls working that evening, and ask if there was anything they could do to help. They were very helpful and understanding and offered to go find the broken piece in the wash bay (unsuccessful). They suggest I fill out an incident report so that the manager can get in touch with me; great! I leave my phone number & email, description of what had happened, and specifically ask on the form to be contacted by the manager for some recourse, if any. I can confidently say that my incident form was thrown in the trash, as I never received any communication from Dreams.
Yes, there are signs which say Dreams is not responsible for damage, but why would any person have reasonable belief that their car would be damaged when the website very clearly states "without damage"? Even if there was no possible recourse, it's very poor for management to not even reach out following an incident report from a customer.

Best car wash I've experienced in the Calgary area. It's new, clean, and offers an unbeatable price of $12, which includes vacuums and access to an amazing mats washing machine that I didn't even know existed. The staff, especially the girls at the start, do a fantastic job. Thank you!

I normally goto east hills and they are awesome 51?all the way. I went to barlow today haven't even got out of my car and know it's still dirty. Complete waste of my time. I will be going back to east hills their attention to detail is exceptional
