Great staff. Always very helpful. Very quick as well.Lots of similar items as other locations. Parking is easy. Gas bar is always great.My favourite Costco location, by far.

Love this Costco. The staff are friendly and they keep everything clean. The toilets especially. There was a dog in the Costco. Don’t know what it was doing.

So I’m a pretty frequent flyer at the Okotoks Costco. I was in recently, Wednesday evening, and a young fella was helping me pack my groceries. I cracked a joke with him about not squishing my spinach and I could see instantly he was really worried. I assured him it was all good and I was only joking. I was back in today to grab croissants and a few dollars more haha, I ended up having the same young fella helping pack my goods.Now there was a couple in front of me, they had two items and their own bag, which buddy was holding onto implying he was going to take care of his own two items. What happened next made me pretty mad as a human. I am writing this to hopefully bring awareness to rude behaviour but also a shout out of recognition of a good job.So, as I got to the cashier, sorry didn’t see her name, the couple now would be packing up their two items. I briefly interacted with the woman, joked about me not being ready with my membership, scanned and moved to the spot to pay. While I was interacting with the woman, the fella packing was getting ready with one of my bags and my cart with a plant in it to be scanned. They proceeded to start scanning my order, all the while the couple has still not grabbed their goods and moved to exit. The young fella gets to the end of the checkout out and goes to place my bag on the counter, he excuses himself asking the couple to “please excuse”, the man of the couple then says “oh!” and grabs one item as the young fella places the bag down. Then, this grown man jolts his chest at the young fella and aggressively says “ I said wait!”.I then interjected and told the man to move on and let the young guy do his job, I may have even motioned for him to get lost with my hand. I’m pretty intimidating size wise so he did leave, I turned to the fella and told him not to worry about him and he was doing a great job.So, I write to inform you people are still quite rude and hope this doesn’t happen often to your employees. The young fella I speak of has done a great job now both times he has helped me out. I got the feeling he was a pretty quiet guy and appeared worried about the situation, rest assured he did nothing wrong and was actually polite before the ordeal. Good job guy!That was long winded but needed to be said.Cheers and please bring back the chicken wings at the takeout! ?

Love going… so do lots of others …. It can get crowded. Also sometimes it’s hard to get through the food line for a hot dog way to bottled up. Still a most fantastic store.

The peaceful costco... not much crowded compared to Costco's in Calgary. But I am not much happy with returns here.. I have had some bad experiences only with one particular staff
