Staff here are always polite. A car wash I paid for expired before I got to use it, but I asked the man at the counter to confirm I couldn't use it anymore and he gave me a new code to use.

"Touchless" car wash put a very noticeable and deep scratch in my 4 DAY OLD brand new truck. Extremely unimpressed. (Thumb for scale, this is definitely not a thumbs up.)
