“I had a defective flooring transition piece and took it in to Home Depot Okotoks location. I didn't think that I was going to get a refund for it because I was installing a floor for a neighbor who paid for the piece, and the neighbor wasn't with me at the time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Wow, now that is service and the reason that I keep buying everything at Home Depot Okotoks!!!!!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about some people who have waited on me at Home Depot Okotoks. Three employees who have absolutely bent over backwards to make my shopping experience successful are: (1.) Chrissy who completely outshone a co-worker who was short tempered and cranky. In fact, I left the store and went back the next day and discussed what I wanted with Chrissy and she knew right off the bat what I needed, loaded it on a dolly all by herself and she's just a little wee gal and then found (2.) Lawrence who put it in my SUV after I paid for it. Lawrence was cheerful and knew exactly what he was doing. (3). Shuba has assisted me numerous times and if she doesn't know where something is she finds out lickety-split and tells me (or shows me) where it is. Shuba has a wonderful smile and I think she is a great asset to Okotoks Home Depot. These three employees have really impressed me and I will continue to seek them when I need help with something. Congrats to Okotoks Home Depot for choosing great people to work in their store!”
