My partner and I attended the Michael Hill Edmonton Outlet Jewelry store today. We had talked about getting engaged and just wanted to look at rings. We were met by the assistant manager Smeet. He was so wonderful with us. Patient and very kind.
Owen and I live on a farm and are in our later years, both have been married before. I wanted something simple, wide band that could stand the test of both time and a farm life. Just a small diamond. We looked at and I tried on many. Mr. Smeet took out a double band and a small diamond ring, he put them together and handed it to me; I tried it on and this amazing wonderful feeling came over me. I said, "this is it".
It was the one that made my heart beat faster!
Thank you Smeet for making our lives even more perfect than they already are.

My experience at the store was marred by misleading information provided by an employee regarding a ring purchase. Despite assurances that I could return it within 30 days "No questions asked," when I attempted to return the unworn ring, the store refused, citing conflicting policies. The employee also falsely claimed a limited-time offer due to the Australian New Year.
Additionally, another employee, Harshdeep, who processed the transaction, was unhelpful during my attempt to resolve the issue today.
However, Assistant Manager Smeet and the Manager were exemplary in their assistance and understanding of the situation.Thanks to them the ring was finally returned, after a lot of hectic. Their professionalism was a complete contrast to the misleading tactics/ways of the aforementioned employee.

My husband spent good money on a pair of earrings for me for my birthday, which is in February 4 months later adjusting the backing of my earing, the post breaks right off the earring. I phoned to ask if I could get them fixed or if they have warranty. Was told I would have to pay. Not good service in my opinion. I live 1 hr drive away. So I will find someone local thank you to fix my earring. Will not be a future customer

My experience with this store is more than 5 years. Every season me and my family + relatives + my friends all walk in to this store and never walk out with empty hands ☺️. The secret is the amazing staff. They greet you with a smile and serve you with smile and not forgets to farewell you with a smile. I call this the magic of sales ✨️. Great customer service I highly recommend you to go visit Sonja as she is extremely knowledgeable and she doesn't rush you and let you take your time. She is such a sweetheart and genuinely wants to help you and get you best bang for your buck. I have been to other Michael Hills like the one in West Edmonton Mall and they were nothing but terrible, I don't recommend to go to any other Michael Hills except the outlet mall and visit Sonja!!

I had a very positive experience with extremely friendly staff.I went in on a Sunday everyone was busy but as soon as Sonja had a free moment she was right over to help apologizing for the wait.A very helpful lady willing to show the merchandise and answer questions.I had to wait until the following day to make my purchase and unfortunately Sonja was off but I did have the pleasure to have Monique help me make my purchase, another wonderful lady.Between the two ladies I had an awesome experience and would definitely return again and highly recommend both women.

Visited the store today with my husband looking for a Mothers Day gift. I found a few beautiful pieces, but fell in love with a ring. Sandra was so kind, and was more than willing to help us. We got an awesome deal, and left super happy. Sassy provided top not Customer Service, and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back!!!
