“I went to the Claire’s about an hour or two just before closing. The person working -Toni - was a wonderful, kind and interesting person. They were the only one running the shop at the time and had everything managed.They came to me after a few minutes and we discussed me getting a second ear piercing, bright and friendly as ever, they where on the ball with the whole idea and talked with me through the whole process. I enjoyed listening and the simple conversation we shared brightened up the room.When I finished get my ears pierced we chatted a bit more and left with a warm feeling of gratitude. What a wonderful staff member they are!10/10, would return!”

“My partner and I attended the Michael Hill Edmonton Outlet Jewelry store today. We had talked about getting engaged and just wanted to look at rings. We were met by the assistant manager Smeet. He was so wonderful with us. Patient and very kind.
Owen and I live on a farm and are in our later years, both have been married before. I wanted something simple, wide band that could stand the test of both time and a farm life. Just a small diamond. We looked at and I tried on many. Mr. Smeet took out a double band and a small diamond ring, he put them together and handed it to me; I tried it on and this amazing wonderful feeling came over me. I said, "this is it".
It was the one that made my heart beat faster!
