They really do have hard to find parts.Some of the stuff is overpriced (just like every other shop out there), other items can be a great a deal (based off their eBay store).All to say, they don't negotiate much (or at all via eBay) but it's up to you as a customer to know that it's already at a good price and not waste time haggling. Yes, I tried getting a better deal but to no avail.Thanks for the hard to find steering wheel!

Very bad experience of dealing with this part store pay them all the money in advance but when we pick up part it was all scratched up and did not give us full bumper assembly as he promised and then refused to return our money so please go and check your part first before you pay and don’t believe these guys over the phone

Order a pair of rear caliper from an R8. Best price on the net. They are in great shape. Dealing with Rick over email was fast and easy.Able to plan a shipping for a good price, Shipping fast too.All in all a superb experience with them. Quality product and superb service.I will buy from them again. Whatever I will need for my cars, I will check with them first.Keep up the good work

The service at this establishment was top notch. Randy is very knowledgeable and stands behind his word as well as his work. Everything was explained in detail using photographic evidence which provided us with visual clarity. Greasy pirates, asking 30% above market value for the price of a long block & they wanted my old engine as core otherwise an additional $1000 charge. I can buy a reman engine with 2 year unlimited mileage warranty for cheaper than I was quoted for an engine with 150K. Additionally when I called twice I was about to get a different price for the same motor before the guy on the phone asked what the other guy had quoted. Ended up getting a motor with less Km’s COMPLETE for $1000 cheaper with NO “core” charge & a longer warranty, saved $2000! What a joke.

The only thing I regret is not checking with these guys first when I need parts. The dust shield I needed was $160 from the dealer; i got the entire knuckle from these guys for $80.

I had purchased a part from this place and when asked them about returns the guy said 3 months. When I returned it couple of weeks later because my friend had found a cheaper one ( and thats what I told them) they started attacking me and making me feel uncomfortable by saying things like "you should have done your shopping before" or "we dont usually take these back" and then suprised me with "10% restocking fee" which no one told me about when I bought it and not mentioned anywhere on receipt. When I asked about restocking fee, another guy yells from his disk " its usually 25% restocking fee" so I felt like this is gonna escalate quickly if I just dont get out of this place fast. Not recommended and never going back here again.Worst customer service ever and arrogant staff.

Very disappointing, I didn't know there were any businesses around still allowed smoking inside them! The smell of cigarettes smoke hits you hard as walk through the front door.The part that I was there to get was a body part that had scratches and dents on it.All is all a pretty disappointing experience.

It was a pretty straight forward transaction. The prices are not competitive but on par with the market I'd say. The part I ordered was handled with care and was as described so pretty standard.
