“Austin and the mechanics are phenomenal, they went above and beyond with the servicing needs of my car. For context I am a student and my income is not the highest. Austin sat down with me and only pushed the repairs which were emergency state and did everything he could to help me find parts at a reasonable price. I was able to get my front and back rear pads/rotors replaced as well as replacing a worn out calliper. I walked out feeling happy with the service, because I didn’t feel as though I had any unnecessary repair or servicing pushed on me. This is an amazing mechanic shop and I absolutely recommend it!”

“I recently bought a car here at LA Mazda. Anish, one of the the salespeople, went above and beyond in this car buying experience. When we first got there, he personally washed the car and even brought it inside the service area so that we can get a great view of the car indoors. Not only that, prior to meeting, he even went the extra step of filming a video about the car to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire car, and was well prepared with all the documentation regarding the car. He was very helpful every step of the way! Overall, it was truly a very great experience because of the customer service from Anish. I would 10/10 recommend!”

I did get a break down of the cost and services provided and it is what it is, not a dealership rip and not a I know a guy poor fix. It's a honest price for the right guy for the job.(Off rant a bit for people that say it costs to much)I'm not a guy that will low-ball everyone (service trades people) to save a penny and be pound foolish, there's to many out there and I get everyone would like a saving. If we can't kept good service guys in business we'll only get short cutting tradesmen (get what you paid for). “Fantastic experience! Ford had told us we needed to replace the engine along with replacing various other parts. Total cost would have been close to 12k. “We brought my vehicle in for some work. The next day, I was able to pick it up. I pulled out of the parking lot onto the main road, and it died on me. Went back to the shop, and told them what happened. They came and towed it back. Few hours later, learned it was because they didnt fully put the car back together. To make up for it they delivered my vehicle to my home. They were professional, timely and always go above and beyond. They have offered rides to be able to make the appointment as well in the past. I have had nothing but good experiences from Impulse in Leduc even with mistakes”
