These guys were great to work with on my delete, questions were answered promptly and accurately they were respectful of my time and my equipment. Everything was done to spec, would deal there again in a heartbeat. If you guys find some truck horns where I don’t have to sacrifice my spare tire, I will be in your shop again!

Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. Front staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and lead me in the proper direction with maintaining and upgrading my truck to its full potential. You can really tell the techs in the back have an eye for details that really make for a clean service and install. All around this shop is definitely worth the phone call to see what they can do for you.

Outstanding Service and Expertise at Alpine Diesel!I recently had the pleasure of taking my 2019 GMC Duramax from Grande Prairie to Alpine Diesel in Edmonton for some serious upgrades, including DEF delete, tune, EGR block-off kit, and exhaust installation. From the moment I dropped off my truck at 9 am on Tuesday, the experience was nothing short of excellent.Jordan and the team at Alpine Diesel were incredibly attentive, keeping me updated throughout the process with text messages and photos. Their dedication to finding the best tune for my truck was impressive—they spent all of Tuesday ensuring everything was perfect.The friendly and welcoming staff made the entire experience enjoyable. I had the unique opportunity to be directly involved in the installation process, filming for them on be half of WheelersMedia. It was fantastic to have a say in how the exhaust was installed, making the customization truly personal.The fun didn't stop there. Ordered an hp tuner prolink+ cable from them, and it only took 2 days to get it (even though they didn't have it in stock).The only other place in town was JBs and the fastest they could do was 2 weeks.

My diesel GMC was in de-rate mode from the garbage DEF system, we removed the system and just went with a tow haul tune and what an amazing truck now, the power, the fuel mileage, the towing ability, it's just a completely different truck, thanks for making my truck bullet proof, the staff was awesome, they answered all my questions, highly recommended

All these reviews are people from a truck group off Facebook who follow blindly. This shop actually sucks and will just waste your time. Highly recommend anywhere but here if you want a trustworthy shop that doesn’t act slimy. ?

Ordered a xdp wiring kit from them for a 5.9 Cummins. I didn’t realize that it would be drop-shipped and I was charged unexpected duties. I messaged Alpine Diesel about this and asked if it was normal on Facebook. They promptly replied and explained they had been having issues keeping stock lately so they drop ship out of stock items. None the less they offered me a shipping refund to help out with the duties. This is more than I expected and I was really happy with their customer service! I would recommend them based on this experience and will be a return customer.

BUYER BEWAREDont buy from these amateurs. The price they post is not the price I ended up paying. Bought an xdp starter. Horrible customer service. Took over a month to be delivered 3 times was promised a call back but still waiting. After i paid the agreed amount upon delivery was cod amount of 130 dollars. I wanted to return the starter but was told there would be restocking charge and i doubt these scammers would actually return my money. Bought same starter for another truck from bc diesel. Was here in 2 days and no 130 dollar cod.
