Jen and Simon were hands down the best realtors we have ever used. Right from the beginning they gave us tips and recommendations we probably would not have thought of, to help make our house the best it could be. And it definitely worked! We sold our house extremely fast and they were right there with us every step of the way with selling and buying our new house. They were always available to answer our numerous questions and we never once regretted putting ourselves in their very capable hands.Their expertise was invaluable! Amazing team!!!Not sure how else to put it, they are accommodating and flexible. They have great communication and don’t mind being asked a million questions. They can “hold your hand” through the experience of buying your first home, or they can give you space if it’s not your first home. (They had the perfect balance with me buying a house after selling a condo.)They have relevant knowledge of the area and are an absolute pleasure to work with.I would 100% recommend them to close friends and family!

Jennifer and Simon were our first choice after meeting with several realtors. They understood the custom home we were selling and walked us completely through the process, which made it very simple and stress free on our side. The home sold very quick and with their help and joint expertise we managed to find our next perfect home quickly. Everything went seamlessly between the sale of our previous home to our new home. All the paperwork was in line and ready for the lawyers, which made that side easy too. We cannot recommend these guys enough. They are very professional, go above and beyond to help you and are always available 24/7 to relieve any worries along the way. If you want a seamless and worry free sale, then use Jennifer and Simon.

We were very happy with the service and end result, finding just what we were looking for after multiple viewings.Simon was extremely knowledgeable about the market, professionally and tactfully highlighting a homes advantages and disadvantages, and was always available for showing us a house, even with our unpredictable schedule. They made purchasing a house from a distance a breeze. I highly recommend them as relators.
