Have been to the Morinville location several times over the past 3 years and every single time I have gone in, they didn't have what I was looking for or don't carry it etc. They seem to be either unwilling or unable to help with sourcing or saying hey I can try and bring it in for you. I don't recommend them at all.

Been using them for years. Their staff are alway continuing to go above and beyond to get us what we need. Even going on their own time to pick up materials to help us out. That's going the extra mile.

Do not use the Morinville store. Worst experience EVER !! Got totally screwed over on our trusses. Entire project to a halt and currently living on our driveway. We wasted months !! Saddest part, they couldn’t care less.

I've put in two custom orders with Castle in the last month and have been very happy with the service. Both times Heather was my sales rep and got me quotes and answers in exceptionally promptly and was thoroughly pleasant to deal with.Prices are within a few cents of HD/Lowes and much cheaper than some of the specialty lumber distributors, but more importantly, the service at Castle has been great. Delivery is very affordable for oversized materials. I've forgotten the name of the guy who delivered my initial order but he was pleasant and was willing to help me move the boards to the backyard which was above and beyond expectations.I'll honestly keep going to castle rather than the big-box stores going forward whenever I can help it.

I searched everywhere for exterior French Doors with no luck. I contacted Rollie from Wolf Creek Building Supplies in Morinville and he was able to source exactly what I was looking for and I received them before the expected date. Rollie was extremely knowledgeable, patient and fun to deal with. I'll definitely be contacting Rollie for our future projects!!Thanks again!

Just wanted to say HUGE thank you to Castle and their crew for all your help with our latest project. We just built a large pergola and Castle was able to order the special size of lumber we needed as well as supply us with the black hardware that took this project from a great project to an amazing project. My favorite thing to do is to order something extremely last minute and see if they can deliver or not.. So far they haven't let me down.. One day tho I'll get them..
