Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were only making a small (and hard to find) purchase, but staff took the time to help us and suggest a number of options to complete the job. Selection was better than the big box stores in Edmonton and St. Albert!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This store has been and will remain my staple for all my renovation and new project needs. Janet has always gone above and beyond for me. Her vast knowledge and cheery disposition is greatly appreciated! Even with my off the wall design ideas, she is right there with the next suggestion to help me accomplish them. I always feel like I'm walking into a friends house when I arrive. The staff is amazing! I love hearing "what are you doing now" when they see me walk in. LOL

I would like to express my utmost gratitude to this store. The GM Matt went so far above and beyond to help me get into a new smoker due to a website mixup. I was almost beyond belief when he called me back the next morning. The remaining staff was so very helpful when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you for absolutely everything!!

We've been shopping here for years. The store is well stocked. All the staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and enthusiastic. They give outstanding service to phone queries. Shop here ... you will not be disappointed.

The service and staff at this location is definitely number one. I had a minor issue with some stair threads that I ordered and Makayla, Matt and Janet were all very instrumental in resolving the problem and they are so pleasant to work with. Definitely worth the drive from St. Albert.
