I had the best customer service at Medicine Hat Visions. I was looking for a security system and not knowing anything about them only that I did not want a monthly fee. I was shown several options and it was narrowed down to the Eufy Security System. The next step was the installation and he took the time to answer all my questions and set everything up and made sure I could work the app before he left. I give this experience and the value 100%.

I went in to get some work done on my truck, to upgrade the sound system. The first time I went in I was very disappointed with the work, the quality of the set up, it was left fairly messy etc. I called and talked to the manager there, and he talked me through some options and I decided I’d give them a chance to do right by the mistakes. When I say I’m glad I did, I mean it. The installer went WELL above and beyond to correct the mistakes, helped me pick out a wicked entirely new set up and kept in contact the entire time. I was a little skeptical when I went to pick it up, as the prior experience was a real let down.. But I was completely
Blown away. I’m very happy with the work, so much to say as I don’t even care that I had to leave it there again to be corrected. 10/10 experience, would definitely go back, and recommend to friends.

Kyle was fantastic. Thank you! We were having issues with setting up our soundbar and subwoofer. These components were not communicating with our new television. He had everything working to our satisfaction in very short order. Very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for electronic installations.
Also, Raphael was exceptional when we were in the store. We were looking for a television, sound system, and stand. He provided us with a great deal. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks Raphael, we are enjoying our new TV. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salesman….thank you.
