Jarrett is a great friendly Sales Consultant! He is very knowledgeable about the appliances (washer and dryer) we are in need of. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. He is very flexible with his time and left us alone to look at some kitchen chairs (that we also bought). Jarrett made the appliance shopping experience worth the day and time. We highly recommend him!

Was in town for the day helping my mother (who is in a seniors home) sort out her stuff. Picked out a couple of items (a nightstand and lamp) that I thought would work for her. But, had to be shipped from Calgary and wouldn't show up before we left (a couple of days). Salesman offered to try real hard to get approval to sell us the floor models. Got approval but at the regular price (even though the nightstand was showing some wear). I was OK with that but then was told that they were final sale (even if returned as bought the same day). My mother is not very mobile and I thought there might be a chance she wouldn't like them when we she saw them and so the opportunity for a same day return was important. Declined and ended up buying a nicer lamp at home depot for 1/4 the price (and no hassle with Stock or returns) Will likely buy the Nightstand online and return if she doesn't like it..... Haven't been in the brick for 40 years. Now I remember why.

After a very long delay, our sectional was delivered this morning. The delivery guys were great getting the pieces of the sectional downstairs. They put it together for me and I’m very happy with my purchase. My only disappointing thing is the dings in my freshly painted walls going down the stairs to the basement. The walls going down to the basement were just painted two days ago. Thankfully the person painting is still here and has patched the dings in the wall and will repaint the walls for me. I also want to mention Danica Allen for her constant updates and keeping myself informed on the status of our sectional. Without her emails letting me know the status of our sectional, I probably would have cancelled my order.
Please make sure she is given a copy of this email for her own records as she is definitely an asset to the Brick sales team! Thanks again Danica! I’m glad we waited.

I found the staff at every level to be approachable and friendly. Our sales guy was easy to talk with and no pressure. I find the quality at the Brick to be very respectable and easy to put together. The delivery guy was also very polite and nothing was a problem. I’ve purchased from here for years and will continue to do so.

Shout out to the Brick delivery guys! We have a somewhat challenging space with our new house and they guys were great at getting all the appliances and furniture in safe and sound.
