“Stopped by to pickup some cushions, and wanted to check the color of the sofa we were thinking of getting. Staff member opened up the boxed unit to verify the color. When he checked the price it came up on the sale price, so we now have the sofas we wanted. Great service,great experience.”

“Great atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff. They lady that helped me was awesome, great sense of humour and was great with a difficult customer that came in while I was there testing beds. They encourage you to lay in the beds they have a great return policy if after a few weeks you decide it’s not the right bed for you. Free delivery to your front door or $50 for them to bring it in, set it up and dispose of the old mattress. They also beat the bricks sale price by 5%”

“Needed a new washer and dryer. Got in the store at 5;07pm. They had a dryer at the warehouse and the washer I could take off the floor. So ran out and got the dryer at their warehouse after they were supposed to be closed. The warehouse staff were not short or mad but happy to help and had it all unboxed and ready for me within 15 minutes of buying it at the store. I went back to the store and they helped me load up the washing machine. This was top notch service and did not feel like I was keeping anyone late or it was an inconvenience. They were happy to help. Will be back.”
“Derik & Francois were very polite and helpful to deal with. They arrived a half hour before the scheduled time. They had the old couch out and the new one in within 20 minutes. Francois went out of his way to fix the Doors on the Entertainment Center that I had just purchased from Ashley's. I was told by the Tech that it could not be fixed.
