Robin Lane who where very helpful in making this deal possible. They went beyond for someone like myself who is from out of town to give you a great experience while buying a vehicle. Actually all the stuff there was super nice as well, highly recommended this dealership.

Our whole experience with Davis GMC was 5 star. Stephenie was great to deal with. She was helpful, friendly, and not pushy. The whole process of buying a vehicle was made so simple because of her help. I also appreciated meeting people from other departments. Leanne in finance was fantastic to deal with as well!

I don't think I've ever had to work harder to get a business to take my money.
Admittedly, I have a much older vehicle. But I had taken it to another dealership while travelling, and they identified the problem and the solution. They couldn't fix it during my travels, but gave me everything to tell Davis what needed to be done.
When I went in to inquire, their response was, "the OEM part is out of stock and discontinued." - end of discussion.
When I PROMPTED, they said that maybe the part could be found aftermarket and named a bunch of websites. Now, with GOOD customer service, I would expect that they would offer to get the part (with an appropriate surcharge on getting the part) and fix the vehicle for me. With SUPERIOR customer service I would expect, "Sir, we can get you the part, but we're going to upcharge it. You can get it yourself, save some money and bring it to us and we'll do the work, here's the website and the part number." ... they had to be prompted to do the bare minimum of this.
I gave them one last chance to get my money. Taking the part number and the name of the website, I offered to make an appointment for them to do the install. They refused, stating that they couldn't be sure when the part would arrive. Again, if they WANTED my money, I would expect them to make the appointment (and get my commitment) and tell me, "If the part doesn't arrive by the day before, call and move your appointment"
So, when the part DOES arrive, I'll seriously have to consider to whom I'm going to give this work.
The owner of Davis should have a serious discussion with his staff.

EASY BREEZY.
Cesco Vizza has been in continuous communication with me for the past 2+ years regarding our family’s next vehicle purchase. No pressure throughout the entire time frame - just information.
I told him we were ready last week and he asked what features we wanted. He shared a few links - including one from the dealer group’s Lethbridge store (the beauty of working with a multi-store dealer network), and we agreed to a fair price.

The simplistic yet appreciable processes continued with Robin Lane who sent over the docs to e-sign, set up insurance, registration, and all other necessary delivery needs. Robin even stayed late one night to collect a necessary piece of information!
Jarrett King walked me through the vehicle, got me set up with OnStar, showed me a few party tricks - all in 25 minutes so I had time to spare ahead of my next meeting. Stress reduction appears to be part of the sales package - who knew?!?

Traveling from Winnipeg to Calgary in extreme cold and our duramax had issues with freezing fuel and frozen DEF, we called Davis while limping into town and the service dept agreed to stay a bit late to get our truck and trailer in the warm service bay for the night. In the morning they got us everything we needed to get on the road again! Top notch service and knowledgeable people, Thank you Davis!

Truck broke down and we were almost left stranded but they stayed late and let us store the truck indoors over night and helped us get back on the road the next day. Very friendly and top notch service.
