I’ve been living in the South Ridge are for about 2 years now. This Circle K is located only a block away so I’ve been quite frequently. In the past 3 months, I have gone in there after a polar pop, and yet every time I try to get my favourite flavour “Fanta” it’s never carbonated correctly. I’ve given 3 months for this store to fix it. Yet they haven’t. I’ve asked staff repeatedly when it will be fixed. I receive answers such as tomorrow, on the weekend, when my manager is in and more, I must say management needs to take a hard look at this and provide quality checks frequently on soda dispensers. I’ve tried other flavours including Mt Dew, 7up and more, all having the same issue. I hope to see the quality improve

Friendly staff always smiling. Nice local convenience store for the area. Always have wheat you need for a snack or drink. Also have shell gas but wish they had diesel fuel.
Their door alarm is VERY loud and annoying especially if you have a cooler door open. I really wish they would change it! lol

Literally got a pop and instead it was carbonated water...never coming back and don't want anyone else to go. Cashier was disinterested and on her phone during her shift. Honestly couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Consistent with shorting money intentionally, dirty - unorganized - smells weird - if it were possible to receive negative stars, you my friends would have won at that.

When the nacho machine was broken, Harinder came out from behind the counter and poured chili and cheese for me and my friend himself. Great dude, great service.

Self serve gas pumps do not work here, tried using it to pay but didn’t work but still charged my card without me noticing then went inside to pay and it charged me again and then when I confronted the man about it he said “it was my own fault for doing it twice and I guess I’ll have more gas now or he can give me cigarettes to make up for it” I don’t smoke and I just want my money back I told him and then he said to come back at 5am when his boss came because this man “does not know how to refund” yet when his Boss came it took him 2 seconds.
