We had a blowout on our pickup and randomly chose this tire shop.
I was impressed with the service and selection of tires available.
The pricing was so good I ended up buying 4 tires for the truck.
Before I new it I was on the road again.
Truck handles and drive better than ever.

I had a blow out on the highway at 345 on a Friday afternoon. Two tire shops I called first could not help me. Ward said no problem and got me three brand new tires and rims balanced and ready for Truck zone to pick them up. Highly recommend.

Needed a wheel alignment done and an oil pressure sensor replaced on my wife’s suv, the oil pressure sensor was right under the oil filter, so I asked if I got an oil change if they could just swap the sensor and I was told they would do it with the oil change. It is just a plug and play sensor, they couldn’t do the alignment because the rear upper control arms were seized, which is weird as I just had a wheel alignment done 2 months ago, I did some suspension work last week so I needed another alignment. I was quoted 250-300 for the oil change, sensor swap and alignment, ended up paying over 250 for just the oil change and sensor. I asked before I booked if that was the right quote and I was assured and yet I still paid that amount without the alignment, 1.25 hrs of shop time on top of the oil change, lesson learned I suppose!

I had an on-road early morning trailer emergency and when it appeared no one else would help Ward Tirecraft did.
Not only did they take on the job, they did it quickly and with great care knowing I had a long road trip still ahead of me. They even recommended places along the road for me to stop and get my tires retorqued.
I recommend Ward Tirecraft hands down over any shop in Lloyd.
