Absolutely brutal customer service, with zero initiative from any of the other associates on the floor. I've worked in customer service my whole life, and it is common practice to open another till when the line becomes unmanageable for one employee. However, no matter how long this line got, one associate continue to move at an absolute snails pace. Felt like I was being served by the sloth from zootopia, ya'll know what I'm talking about. Idk about the rest of you, but the last thing I want to do is stand in a line for back to school clothes for 30 mins or more. Respecting peoples time is a huge part of customer service, and I'll never be back here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Great selection of clothing at fantastic prices and the help is absolutely top quality. Shanny in particular does an excellent job. I've had assistance from her multiple times and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I have had an excellent experience while in store. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amazing customer service from Jolene this afternoon. Unsure of where the rest of the staff was...she recieved no help at register after calling for it, long line up...but very cheerful and personable lady!
